☀️ Morning Practice
• Practice Eagle Breath:
– Inhale sharply for 1 count
– Exhale slowly and fully for 7 counts
– Repeat 10 times, feeling your creative center awaken
• Affirmation: “Creative energy flows through me with joy and ease.”
🌀 Midday Practice
• Creative play: draw, write, sing, dance — do something expressive
• Let go of outcome — enjoy the process
• Take note: How does your body feel during creativity?

🎨 DAY PRACTICE: Express Yourself Freely

Choose one or more of the following ways to express your inner world today:
• 🎶 Sing (in the shower counts!)
• 🖌 Doodle, paint, collage — no rules, just feeling
• 🩰 Dance — one song, one movement, one deep breath
• 📝 Write a short poem, or a letter to your inner child
• 📸 Take one photo of something that feels beautiful to you
• 👄 Say something out loud you’ve been afraid to say — even if only to yourself

This is not about “doing it right.”
It’s about showing up. Feeling. Letting your river flow.
