✨ How to Set Powerful Intentions

Setting intentions is a sacred practice that aligns your energy with what you desire to experience. To create intentions that truly work, follow these 3 essential rules:

1. Start with Gratitude

Begin your intention with a grateful heart. This opens your energy and invites abundance.
🔸 Use:
“I’m so grateful and thankful that…”

✅ Example:
“I’m so grateful and thankful that I feel supported and guided every day.”

2. Speak in the Present Tense

Write your intention as if it’s already happening now. Avoid words like “I want” or “I will” — they create distance. And never phrase it in the negative.

🔻 Incorrect:
“I don’t want to be poor.”
(This still focuses your energy on poverty.)

✅ Correct:
“I enjoy living in abundance and financial flow.”
(This focuses on the energy you want to live in now.)

3. End with Certainty and Trust

Complete your intention with full faith that it is already done. Seal it with:
🔸 “And so it is.”
This affirms your trust in the Universe (or God/Source/Divine) and closes the energetic circuit.

✅ Full Example:
“I’m so grateful and thankful that my life is overflowing with joy, love, and abundance. I feel safe, supported, and deeply connected to my purpose. And so it is.”
Today is your preparation day before we begin working with the Root Chakra:

Take a moment to reflect and prepare:

Explore your fears and worries:
What keeps you from feeling safe, grounded, and stable?
Get ready to work with the color red:
Gather red objects, clothing, or images to remind you of Muladhara’s energy.
Prepare your body:
Make sure you have comfortable clothes for movement, grounding exercises, and meditation.

Tomorrow, your journey toward inner stability and safety begins.

Stay open to change — and trust that beautiful shifts are coming.
