1. Sit comfortably. Place one hand on your heart, and one on your belly.
Close your eyes and take 5 slow breaths into your chest. With each inhale, imagine soft green light expanding in your heart.
2. Whisper inwardly:
βI trust myself.β
Say it with presence.
Say it like a friend would.
Say it until it feels like a soft truth.
3. Ask your heart:
What is one thing you know deep down⦠but often doubt?
Breathe with that.
Let your body feel safe knowing it.
