Pause & Notice

Several times during the day, take a 1โ€“2 minute pause and ask yourself:

โœจ โ€œWhat is actually true right now?โ€

Not what you fear.
Not what you assume.
Not what you imagine.

Just what is true in this moment.

๐ŸŒŸ Mini Challenge (5โ€“10 minutes total throughout the day):
Each time you notice yourself worrying, gently ask:

โ€œIs this a fact, or is this a story?โ€

Simply observe the answer without judgment.
