Several times during the day, take a 1โ2 minute pause and ask yourself:
โจ โWhat is actually true right now?โ
Not what you fear.
Not what you assume.
Not what you imagine.
Just what is true in this moment.
๐ Mini Challenge (5โ10 minutes total throughout the day):
Each time you notice yourself worrying, gently ask:
โIs this a fact, or is this a story?โ
Simply observe the answer without judgment.
