Day 2: The Pain of the Past

πŸ’š Day 2 – Saturday: The Pain of the Past

Blocked Aspect: Unprocessed grief & emotional wounds
Emotion: Grief, sadness, emotional numbness
Money Flow: When we carry old heartache, we unconsciously close ourselves to life β€” including opportunities.

🌞 Morning: Gentle grief meditation β€” hand on heart, permission to feel.

Morning Meditation: Grief

Good morning, love.

Today we meet one of the most tender visitors of the heart β€” grief.

Grief is not just about losing someone or something.
It is the quiet ache of unmet dreams.
The heaviness of words unspoken.
The sadness of parts of us we had to leave behind.
It lives in the chest… as a weight, as a tightness, as a quiet longing.

But grief is not an enemy.
It is love that had nowhere to go.
It is a part of healing β€” sacred, powerful, and deeply human.

🌸 This morning, allow yourself to sit with it β€” without trying to fix, rush, or escape it.

Close your eyes.
Breathe into your heart.
Gently ask yourself:

β€” Is there something I haven’t allowed myself to grieve?
β€” What have I been holding onto that needs tears to soften?
β€” Can I let myself feel without judgment, just for today?

πŸ’š Let every breath soften the weight.
Let every exhale make room for love to return.

You don’t have to be okay right now.
You just have to be.
And in your being… the healing begins.

With tenderness,
Valana
🌿 Day: Write a letter to someone (unsent), expressing what still hurts.

πŸŒ™ Evening Practice (5 minutes)

Close your eyes and place both hands on your heart.

Take five slow breaths. With each inhale, imagine breathing through your heart. With each exhale, allow your shoulders and chest to soften.

Then silently repeat:

I am safe to open my heart.
I choose love over fear.
I welcome compassion for myself and others.

Sit quietly for one minute and simply notice:

πŸ’š What does my heart need from me tonight?

Thank your heart for everything it carries and everything it continues to give.

✨ Allow yourself to rest in the energy of love.
